Citywide Events, Inc. takes customer service seriously. We will exchange any UNUSED package or products no questions asked. (Exchange policy excludes theme park, and movie tickets). We want you to be able to take full advantage of your gift packages. Please let us know if you have any questions about how our products work. We also want to know if you have any issues with your gift packages. Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We welcome positive and negative feedback on all our gift packages and products.

Gift Cards: If you are unhappy with your gift card purchase you are welcome to exchange or return any UNUSED gift cards. Gift cards are designed for you to make your money back within the first use; therefore, we do not issue exchanges, credits, or returns on USED packages. If you purchase a gift card and the venue closes please contact us.

Products: If you are unhappy with any products you purchased from us we will be happy to offer full exchanges, refunds, or credits for the merchandise. We must receive the merchandise before we can issue any refunds or credits. Many products have life time warranties so please review the warranty if you purchased the merchandise over 90 days ago.

How to exchange/return Gift Cards & Products:

Option 1: Hold onto your merchandise until our next visit. We will trade it out for you when we come back to your company.We schedule visits to your company every 4-6 months. Only exchanges or credits(Citywide Bucks) can be issued on-site.

Option 2: You can mail or drop off the merchandise to our office. We are located on the border of Garland and Mesquite. If you mail your merchandise please add instructions so we know if we should exchange out your items or issue a refund, along with your legible return mailing address. We ask that you let us know when you are stopping by as we are a small company and we may be out getting more awesome deals. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Option 3: Check out our Facebook Event Calendar and visit us at an open event in your area. Property Management Companies and hospitals are the only open events. Corporations are restricted for employees ONLY. Please contact our office before exercising this option to ensure that we will be on-site, occasionally event dates change before we can update calendar. https://www.facebook.com/CitywideEventsIncSavings/events

Refund Checks: Refund checks are issued once a week. Once your merchandise is received we will process your refund and get your check mailed out to you.

Citywide Bucks: Citywide Bucks are a great option for credit for merchandise. You can use or gift Citywide Bucks. They work just like a gift card for our company. Shipping Cost and admission tickets are not available for purchase using Citywide Bucks.
